1. Shipment Inspection:

   • Upon receiving the shipment, check if the packaging and wheels have any defects or transport damage.

   • Then, verify the labels on the packaging and compare whether the ordered products have identical markings as on the purchase receipt and the label on the box. Pay special attention to:

     • Product code

     • Model, size, width

     • Bolt pattern

     • ET (offset)

     • CB (center bore diameter)

     • Color

Note: The wheels must be installed in a professional mechanical workshop, which is defined as a business engaged in organized, continuous, profit-making activities that provide services related to the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of motor vehicles (excluding motorcycles) or tires.

2. Vehicle Securing:

   • Engage the parking brake to prevent the vehicle from rolling.

   • For additional safety, use chocks or other objects that will prevent the vehicle from slipping off the jack.

3. Preparing for Lifting the Vehicle:

   • Ensure that the vehicle is on a flat and hard surface.

   • If the vehicle has been properly secured, proceed to remove the wheels.

4. Lifting the Vehicle:

   • Locate the correct jacking point according to the vehicle’s manual and lift the vehicle.

5. Removing the Wheels:

   • Use dedicated tools with the required accessories to loosen the wheel nuts or bolts.

6. Cleaning the Hubs:

   • After removing the wheels, clean the hubs of dust, rust, and other debris to ensure a perfectly smooth surface.

7. Checking Wheel Compatibility Before Installing Tires:

   • Ensure that the bolt pattern of the wheels matches the vehicle.

   • Check that mounting accessories such as centering rings (used when the wheel’s center bore is larger than the vehicle's hub) fit perfectly between the wheels and the vehicle hub without any play, and that the bolts or nuts are compatible with the mounting holes, with the thread diameter and pitch matching the vehicle’s specification.

   • Verify that the wheel flange rests perfectly flat against the vehicle hub without any gaps or play.

   • Ensure that there is no collision between the spokes or other elements of the wheel and the brake system, especially the caliper, and that the wheel does not touch any suspension components of the vehicle.

Warning: Never install wheels onto the hub or tighten bolts/nuts if you feel any looseness, resistance, or if fitting requires the use of additional force.

8. Balancing Check and Tire Installation:

   • Check for lateral and radial runout and dynamic balance of the wheels before mounting the tires.

   • If everything is within normal limits, proceed to install the valves and tires.

9. Balancing After Installation:

   • After installing the tires, re-balance each set dynamically and statically.

10. Checking the Length of Hub Bolts or Studs:

    • Ensure that the hub studs or mounting bolts are of appropriate length to allow proper wheel installation.

11. Using Appropriate Mounting Accessories:

    • Use only dedicated rings, bolts, nuts, and valves from the wheel manufacturer.

12. Tightening Bolts/Nuts:

    • Tighten bolts or nuts in a criss-cross pattern with the torque recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.

    • Avoid using impact wrenches, which can result in improper installation.

13. Post-Installation Check After Covering a Certain Distance:

    • After driving 50 km and 150 km, return to the installer to check whether the bolts/nuts are tightened with the correct torque and that the tire pressure is adequate.

14. Hazards of Not Following Instructions:

    • Failure to follow these instructions may result in vibrations while driving, or even the loosening of the wheels while in motion.

    • Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.
